Had an incredible cashier earlier this afternoon! She was super sweet with amazing service, and the cupcakes (strawberry and red velvet) are delicious!

I’m not too excited about Susie’s Cakes. The products look very unsophisticated and a bit messy. Bakery sells cake slices and the cake layers just look messy (cake is displayed with slices taken out of it). I went one day and customer was finalizing a large sized cake purchase. Bakery staff is asking if customer wants confetti sprinkles on the cake. I loveeee Susie’s Cakes but unfortunately I’m not a fan of this location. I rested a cake for my friends birthday and I was not happy with the inscription on the cake. It was large and not the originally Susie cursive writing. My cake was also really dry.. this is not my normal Susie’s experienc but it’s unfortunate that I spent a lot this time…
My experience with Susie cake as a first Time guest was with Carolina. She was extremely pleasant. She explained the different types of flavors, and she has made me a repeat customer. This one is for Carolina at the La Brea location. Thank you for being a light and reminding us how a little bit of kindness goes a long way.
