I am incredibly grateful for employees who go above & beyond. My son was having a birthday party in Dallas. I live in Pennsylvania and ordered a SusieCake from the Luther St location in Dallas to surprise him. Jessica was amazing on the phone. The day of the cake was to be delivered, doordash cancelled the delivery. I received a text of the cancellation and was so sad. Great cupcake, but bad customer service. They are still requiring masks, when every other shop in Preston Center did away with that type of forced-theatrics many months ago. Further, it feels very un-American for them to not accept cash. I can’t support a business that doesn’t follow State law (masks are not mandatory).
Great selection of cakes, cookies and other baked goods... flavors and choices of icings and colors were also great and they let us customize the cake to make it personal for a pretty reasonable price. Very pleased with my experience here... Karina and the team were superb.
Yum, yum, yum! Everything I tasted (including the gluten-free mini cupcake) was soft, tasty and melt-in-your-mouth good!
