S Bobenrieth cares a great deal about the care that she and her staff provide. She is terribly disappointed when messages on MyChart are dropped by staff. I have had questions that get a reply but no follow up.
All I have to say is that Dr. Susie cannot retire while I'm still alive because I'd hate to lose her.
I have found all the doctors and nurse practitioners I've seen at Providence Gateway to be excellent.
