Dr D was very thorough and informative with factual information and the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way They really went over and beyond their duties Thank you especially since we are seniors & often annoy & get not-so-good help ( they arnt educated in senior stuff I guess)
Everything went great for me accept one important thing. My insurance (BCBS) won’t cover the prescription Linzess’ and they have reached out to my doctor ‘multiple times’ with no answer back. This is a very expensive drug close to $900 for a 3 month supply. Is there a generic or alternative drug? Please get back to my provider. Guy.
