First off, I went for the Lunch Omakase booked through Resy. It was $55 plus tax. Very nice and clean, everything had thought behind it even the table setting. Chef Jango was amazing, took his time with everything. He also explained each nigiri piece very well. I cannot wait to go back. Next time i will do the dinner omakase and the sake flight which I didn’t get to today. I missed two picture of sushi the flounder and salmon from Denmark. Please ignore my short hand notes with incorrect spelling lol
