Today visit at Sushi sake was amazing. The services was great. Mr. Andrew explained everything to us and we over the menu for us. This was our first visit here. And we loved it. We will be returning soon. Thanks Andrew!

Worst food ever. They are spanish and can not take a dekivery order in english. The food is disgusting. I paid 13 dollars for chiken teriyaki. I received 12 tiny pieces of chicken and two scoops of hard rice. I wish I could post the pictures. Never will I waste my money here
you guys need to improve your menu and your customer service there are way better sushi places all over florida

Called in to place an order for pick up, was told by Natalie the food would be ready in 20 min, arrived about 30 min later to be told my food was not ready because I told her that "I was not going to pick up the food some one else was" all I had asked was if I could have some one else pick up the food and she told me NO. All I have to say is I will never enter this place again!!! > ( Nasty Food !!!) Food tasted like they emptied a bottle of soy sauce in my plate & fried rice was nasty also . I told the waitress and they did nothing to remedy the problem ... On my way out I asked to speak to a manager and when he came out all he said was sorry ....> Poor service > Just cause I have to rate them I give them a one star .... But really they shouldn't even get one star !!! ( Eat there at your own risk )
Let's make it simple: *50 mins to serve us two rolls *Angel Roll was a disappointment and their excuse was that the chef was in training. (You bet he was if he took that long to serve us when the place was basically empty) *Management insisted on us eating Thai donuts when my husband is allergic. We told them we were fine and they brought it out in a to go because "they had already ordered it" *To sum it all up, we won't be back to this place.
Sushi Sake in Hialeah opened this week and I was very disappointed with there service and lack of professionalism. My husband and I were seated right away but we waited 10-15 min for someone to take our order. And that is that I had to flag down the hostess and to ask her if we had a waiter. A waitress finally came and we placed our order. My miso soup came out fast. As we were waiting for our food a couple came in 10 minutes after we had placed our order and they got there 3 rolls first. I don't understand how that happened... read more
