Owner Takashi Soda opened SushiSake in 1997. New customers consistently join longtime clientele in visiting this superb sushi bar. Mr. Soda's meal preparation approach is assertive, and a host of chefs behind the counter reflect his attitude. This stunning spot draws North Dallas nightlife with its traditional Japanese ambiance. House specialties are Toro, Broiled Eel and Spicy Tuna Roll. As the name implies, sake is very important at Sushisake. Premium sakes are always featured items. A full bar is also available.

This is one is the WORST places I have eaten at. Service sucks. The waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu at all. We accidentally ordered the wrong item as or was not explained to us correctly and when we asked and told them it was a mistake they would not allow us to send it back, even though we where willing to order another more expensive item and still progressed to charging us for it though we did not eat it. Our server explained the difference of our menu, if you didn't understand it's always ok to ask to clarify. I always have been a customer at this specific Resturant the whole crew knew me and my husband by heart and we ordered a shrimp tempura I took one bite and didn't like it at all and I asked if I can have a replacement for one roll the manager was so rude and mean and refused to take it back and replace it and he said in very rude manners that you have to pay for it no matter what ... never suggest this place to anyone plus the quality of food started to decrease and wish if they can replace this manager for someone else. Writing a review about Sushi Sake is like writing a review of a Rolls Royce or a Gulfstream Jet. Do you really need a review? When you're looking for the BEST of the BEST go to Sushi Sake!! I go as often as I possibly can. It NEVER disappoints!! Quite simply you may have different sushi but you'll never have BETTER!!! I LOVE SUSHI SAKE!!!
