The other day I went with my friend to eat at Sushi Sake and saw that you guys had crispy rice on the menu. I was honestly so excited to try it, but they told me it was out. A few days later I called to place a pickup order and had a really difficult experience from the start. I called multiple times with no answer, and when someone finally picked up, I could barely hear them and they sounded very unsure about the order process.
