Muy mala experiencia hoy. Hice un pedido por Uber Eats para recogida en este Sushi Sake (137 Ave y 154 St SW en Miami), y la aplicación decía claramente que mi orden estaba lista. Sin embargo, cuando llegué, tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos adicionales. Nadie me dio una explicación ni una disculpa por la demora. Esto demuestra una falta total de organización y respeto por el tiempo del cliente. Si la orden no está lista, no deberían marcarla como lista. Es muy frustrante y poco profesional.
