Horrible customer service and the manager Miguel does put effort to ease the concerns of customers. I picked up a to-go order and clicked no tip when signing for my order on the tablet. After receiving my order, I noticed a large discrepancy between the order total and the total displayed on the tablet. When I clarified with the hostess, it was revealed that a tip was added despite the fact I clicked no tip. Disappointing Lunch Experience I visited this spot for lunch and was surprised that there wasn't really a lunch menu available. I ordered the Volcano Roll and Chicken Teriyaki, and was a bit put off when I realized they charge extra for spicy mayo when dining in. Especially when The waitress forgot to bring it to me when she brought out the sushi she said oh I'll bring it right out I saw her go back in to the kitchen come back out serve another table that had arrived after me the drinks and then after about 4 or 8 minutes ... read more
