Absolutely terrible staff and overall experience. In a city like Miami, where restaurant competition is extremely high, this level of service simply doesn’t make sense. The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re open. Basic attention and hospitality were completely missing. Sushi Sake’s Shrimp tempura roll and the weather are the only things that keep me in miami
FOOD WAS NOT GOOD!! Very lazy with preparation and was unsatisfied with order. Asked for no cream cheese in roll and they disregarded my request. Very upset and won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.
