The location and ambience was great but the food is subpar. Nigiri tastes old and the rice on the rolls were falling apart as we picked them up. We also ordered a seafood fried rice that was decent, packed with meats but was very very oily. The most disappointing was the fried/tempura ice cream, which was 90% dough. Overall, food looks better in pictures… I came with ONE other person and yet they automatically charged a 20% gratuity despite not refilling our water at all.
