I have never paid so much for so little food. The service was fine. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either. But the portions were ridiculous. We ordered wagyu beef robota, at $21, and got one very small skewer. Seriously. We ordered bacon-wrapped asparagus robota, and again, got one skewer for $3.25. We were a party of 3, had one small bottle of sake, no other drinks. We had 3 sushi cut rolls, veggie tempura, the beef and asparagus robota, and the sake, and our bill was $115. Ridiculous. Very Very GOOD!!! VERY GOOD�� I love it very much, the filet mignon it was so GOOD
It was my second time in Sushi Roku. And I loved this place a lot. Japanese food was amazing and the staff was so nice. It was cool to meet Chris Owen, the actor from American pie and Major Payne, here.
I have been here a number of times and the food is always delicious , staff friendly and the service excellent , a must go to place when visiting Santa Monica �
