This was my first dining experience at Susi Roku. I ordered two appetizers highly recommended by my server; and am I glad I did. The salmon sashimi with soy truffle oil was to die for! The yellowtail with red & green chilis was fabulous! That being said, I'm sure everything on the menu is delicious.
