I purchased a groupon for my parents, made a reservation for tonight and even included a message that they had a voucher. My parents arrived and were turned AWAY stating they did not have the scanner for the voucher!!! Who does that!! and of course I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone and when my dad asked for the manager he was told no one was on site and he arrived after 9 pm! I will make sure to spread the word! and p.s. groupon will make sure to discontinue your ad! �
How did it get an A rating? Beats me! Restaurant is small, women's bathroom had paper towels all over the floor & smelled of urine. Too many tables which made it hard to walk around to get in & out of your table. The food: I could have made it at home lol! Drinks were simply ok. Seriously, this place needs lots of in improvements won't be wasting my $.
Lugar muy bonito y buena atención al cliente. Los Sushi son exquisitos, me encantan! Los mejores que he probado, sueño con ellos, cuando regrese a NY lo primero que haré es ir a Sushi Mambo.
The food was great. The service was terrible. Never got a refill on water and we sat for 30 almost 45 mins just to order our good.
Great drinks, inventive but subpar rolls... fake crab used, not so fresh fish.... No bueno Great waitress, but no one to help her.. bus boy served hooka while waitress bussed tables, took orders, cancelled checks, and made drinks... No bueno. Don't go here for the food. Go here for the night life feel, friendly waitress, and good drinks... less sushi only mambo.
