Every sushi is made when you put in the order, so its fresh and delicious! We serve nearly 800 people a day so our fish never sits in our cooler for longer than 24 hours!

So much food for $28!!! Not only is it a great deal, the food was so good!
I am beyond impressed with how the Aurora location has handled this pandemic situation!! We did the $12.99 AYC carry deal (fantastic and they also have other options, we did the $16.99 deal) and the cooks were all wearing their masks, gloves and stood 6 ft apart from one another. The hostess took the paper menu order, was super busy boxing and bagging all orders and took payment while also wearing her mask and gloves. They made it seem so effortless and of course the food was delicious!! Great job guys!!

My friends and I go to Sushi Katsuat least once a month for all you can eat sushi. The menu is large, full of variety, and the ingredients are top notch. I can't wait to visit in person again!
Amazing food! I ordered the $12.99 lunch box I got to choose 4 rolls & 4 apps. The 4 rolls was about 28 pieces - what a deal! The rolls were very good I highly recommend the crunch roll.
