Every sushi is made when you put in the order, so its fresh and delicious! We serve nearly 800 people a day so our fish never sits in our cooler for longer than 24 hours!

Im a huge fan of Sushi Katsu, but this one is not near as nice as the one in Greenwood Village. Also at 2:30 they told us we had to leave. I assumed they meant as soon as I was done feeding my baby. Nope I was wrong, They made me stop feeding my baby so I could leave. The one in Greenwood Village has let us say as long as we need to before. So I highly recommend the one in Greenwood Village but stay clear of the one in Aurora.
