Often listed among the upper echelon of Atlanta's sushi restaurants, Sushi Huku delivers the freshest sushi in a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Traditional Japanese decor dominates the interior, where seating at the bar offers a perfect view of chef Hukusan's masterwork behind the glass. Menu favorites include the various rolls, nigri, sashimi, and other variations, many of which incorporate special personal twists of this fabulous sushi craftsman. A full range of Japanese sake and beer is available from the bar.

The Best Sushi – I love Sushi Huku though I do not get there enough. Authentic and tasty I love it because they sometime just send little things they think you may like to the table (and I usually like them!) Very fresh and very charming establishment. They even supply the sushi for brunch at the Ritz so you know thier sushi is top notch! All the staff is very nice also.
Best rated by the Japanese – I am from Japan and all of my Japanese friends agree that Sushi Fuku is the best Japanese restaurant in Atlanta. The Japanese food cannot be more authentic than this place. Many Japanese restaurants in Atlanta are run by non-Japanese Asians. Although such restaurant serve sushi, they are not real thing. Knowing how sich I can get from eating raw fish, I only eat sushi which is made of fresh fish and prepared by qualified sushi chef. In other word, I only eat sushi at Sushi Fuku here in Atlanta. Excellent Sushi but way too expensive. – great quality meat, but dollar wise... expensive for the quantity of the cuts. Too little meat for the sushi.
Best Sushi in Atlanta – I grew up in Tokyo and have tried sushi all over the US. This is hands down the best Sushi in Atlanta and is the running for best in the country. Also, the other menu items they offer are completely authentic. They even have a Japanese menu which has less mainstream dishes that all the local Japanese business men order from.
Hard-core sushi and kimonos: It's a little piece of Japan nestled in a Powers Ferry parking lot. – The Scene Steaming warm towels appear before the meal; cold towels and hot tea appear afterward. Small booths, suggestive of rice paper walls, make up most of the seating. Authentic or not, Sushi-Huku satisfies the Asian fantasies of Westerners and Japanese alike. The Food Some of the freshest, most authentic sushi in Atlanta is served here. Maguro (tuna) sashimi shines with a nearly florescent hue. Ebi (shrimp) is simultaneous... read more
I Love Sushi! – Very fresh Sushi. You can believe the ratings. It's a fairly small establishment, but the wait staff were very attentive.
Not bad at all, but... – Very good fresh sushi! Prompt service (although they don't speak a lick of english), my only complaint is they use too much avacodo in the rolls. I found myself taking it out since that was all I could taste. I would recommend this place if you like Sushi, I also like Sushi Mio on Roswell road which is a nice little dive!
Simply the best – The chefs are great, the food is great, the best sushi in town.
