My wife and I used to love Sushi Envy. We would eat the nigiri buffet 2-3 times per month. Unfortunately the last two times we visited the quality of the sushi has gone downhill. The sushi rolls made by the chef have tasted bad and the salmon is not as fresh. This is sad because we really enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere.
