First off the sushi hasn't been as good as it use to be. I really go for the poppers and special edamame. But the main reason for the 2 stars is the fact that one of their shady employees charged my gift card 20% gratuity after we left even though I already left a tip IN CASH!!!. I tipped the full 15% even though the service was below average. I called back and they said there's nothing they can do and gave me a number to call. The Sushi IV very good and the prices very reasonable. Great variety of craft beers also.
The service is wonderful, the food is always good, the atmosphere is lovely and our family loves it!! We always have the best servers and the food is fresh & prepared with love!!! I love the Miss Okinawa cocktail - delicious!!

Great food, great craft beer, great prices. When I visit Diego from Western NY my family always go to #3 !
This isn't the place to go if you want a high quality dining experience. The fish is poor quality and the presentation is mediocre. The slices were uneven and jagged. The atmosphere is fun and they have a variety of beer. If you want to come and grab a few beers with your cheap sushi, this is an ok place. Just know what you're going for.

I love it there prices are good and the new renovations have made it exceptional I've always have great waiters. Last night I had the most polite and friendly waitress Erica . She's one of the additions to the restaurant that makes the place great☺️
