Sushi Cafe is utter crap, with terrible service. The food is terrible! The service is even worse. Don't do it. It's not worth the abuse they put their customers through. I'm appalled that the woman who answers the phone still has a job.

Great lunch specials. Sushi cafe is a little place on essex street that very cozy. The service is great and the daily specials are always new and interesting. Their lunch specials are hard to beat price wise and the sushi is very goo. I would recommend stopping in for lunch if your ever in the area
Disgusting!! The rolls look they were made by a child. Mango slopped on top so they all had the same "mango" ingredient. Soggy and gross! Could not even taste the rest of the ingredients. Nasty worker/owner who barely spoke English called and yelled at me to get my GrubHib driver there NOW! Um, why is that my job? SUSHI CAFE SUCKS!! FROM EVERY ASPECT! FOOD! SERVICE! CUSTOMER INTERACTION!! NEVER AGAIN!! 🤬🤬🤬
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! We ordered food and seaweed salad which came molded. I took pictures and immediately emailed the restaurant asking for a refund but got no respond for two days. Contacted them again and again, no respond. This is not how you treat customers!
RecommendedWonderful people working to make your time here enjoyable. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable.
