Best food experience ever! We almost canceled because my wife isn't ready to do raw fish yet, but they accommodated her and it made for a great experience for our anniversary. The dishes kept getting better and chef Jeff, Jordan and team were top tier professional and entertaining. 10/10 would recommend.
12 courses for $60 was a winner. The speed and time limit were forgiven based on the value. Now that they raised price to $100, this restaurant isn’t worth it. Back when Sushi by Bou was only a few locations, it was great. As they scale, what made them special is being diluted. Pros: fresh fish, kind staff, food tastes good (but not incredible), loud music.
