When going out of town I often like to get sushi from a local place and see the unique rolls they have. I'd put Sushi Boat up there with the best of the best from across the US, love that I have a place near me that makes some truly stellar sushi!
No TV playing in the background just good vibes and conversations, it was beautiful. The food was phenomenal, the chicken fried rice had melt in your mouth chicken! We got the titanic sushi boat and it was well worth the wait with how busy they were on a Friday night, presentation was beautiful and the fish was amazing. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. We will definitely be stopping in again.

Sushi boat is a go-to sushi spot that also has other Asian cuisine too, such as Thai and other special entrees. Their special rolls are great, and the service is always quick and attentive.
The food looked great and tasted pretty good. The rolls and miso soup were great. However some of the fish felt like it was still thawing, partially icy and kinda watery on some pieces. I also got a few bones in my nigiri and sashimi. That and Idk if it was the manager or owner but they were not being very nice to their servers, they were being a bit condescending.
