SUSHI BAR TETSUYA was very clean, and the calming interior heightened my expectations for delicious sushi. The first dish was carpaccio, with white fish perfectly complemented by several original sauces. The agedashi tofu was soft tofu with warm broth, a comforting taste. The enoki mushroom tempura was surprisingly visually appealing and delicious. Such clean and beautiful place at a regular strip mall. Sushi is perfect, omakase $80 with uni & Ikura. Menu has owner’s family history. Cute.
I decided to treat myself to an early dinner at Tetsuya Sushi Bar, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was exceptional. I had the miso soup, crispy rice with spicy tuna, hamachi crudo, and unagi, and every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The quality of the fish really stands out.
