I can’t eat sushi anywhere else after experiencing this. Every bite is so beautifully planned out and served. Very intimate atmosphere, arrive early if possible.
Like butter! Every bite!!! Wow! This was not only the best sushi in Dallas, the experience was lovely! I can’t wait to come back again and again!
Sushi | Bar is a polished, high-touch omakase that gets some fundamentals right. Fish quality is excellent, knife work is clean, and the rice hits the sweet spot for temperature, grain, and seasoning. On paper that should add up to a terrific meal.
