I must say I was very excited to try it.. .but it was only ok..perhaps it was the lunch rush but we had the Omakase sushi lunch and the seaweed was soggy... the fish at times decent but a times rubbery and dry... No where near the quality of Sushi Yasuda, very sad
Best sushi experience of my life. Yahagi is an amazing sushi artist. I can't wait to go back. It was like living "Jiro Dreams of Sushi." Thank you, thank you, thank you!
