Good lunch spot - I work next door so it’s convenient
This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the US! One of the top restaurant on my list in the world. My visit to NYC is not complete until I dine here.
Fresh, simple, classic sushi. Rice fell apart perfectly. Fish was cut w precision. Yummmmm last but not least: server, hostess, and chefs were all attentive and kind.

Sakai is excellent. Quiet nice made for special sashimi and sushi as well as a toro roll with pickled takuan (pickle/radish)
