She will tell you the truth about a place, whether it's positive or negative, and give you all the tidbits you want to know but don't know to ask to help you find what you want. She is energetic and organized and will go the mile for you, whether it's in retail or residential, luxury or not. I highly recommend her!
Susanne is highly knowledgeable in all phases of the transaction, a strong negotiator and a pleasure to work with. She set us up showings on fairly short notice and is responsive evening and weekend hours on her cell phone. She set us up contractors, financing, and even helped us sublet our current place. We are very happy with our home, price paid, and had a fun and relatively pain free process. This is the third home we have purchased, and Susanne is the best agent we have worked with by far.
