Susan Winterbauer is great! She actually listens and considers my thoughts and feelings into her treatment plan. She’s very caring and compassionate. She takes the time to talk to me. The staff at Oak St Health is wonderful as well! I don’t feel rushed during my appointments they take the time to listen and answer questions and handle the issues you’re having without shaming you. I always leave feeling satisfied with my care. I am so glad to be a patient there.

I think Susan Winterbauer is a wonderful person to have as my nurse practitioner. She takes her time, I never feel rushed. I'm 68 and she is one of the best medical people I have met. She listens and really sees me. Since coming to Oak Street I've felt well cared for. I just wish the patient advocate would get my caregiver needs met.
