The staff at Oak St Health is wonderful! I don’t feel rushed during my appointments they take the time to listen and answer questions and handle the issues you’re having without shaming you. I always leave feeling satisfied with my care.
I think Susan Winterbauer is a wonderful person to have as my nurse practitioner. She takes her time, I never feel rushed. I'm 68 and she is one of the best medical people I have met. She listens and really sees me. Since coming to Oak Street I've felt well cared for. I just wish the patient advocate would get my caregiver needs met.
I've been there since they opened. The staff is always been very kind and it's always clean in the building I am a patient of Susan Winterbauer, and I really like her. She treats me with compassion as she listens to me and not like just another patient. I recommend using Oak Street Health.
