Susan was a wonderful realtor. She worked very hard trying sell my home. She gave excellent suggestions on staging our house and gave so much of her time with weekly open houses. I would highly recommend her.

I had a FSBO which said No Realtors. Susan called, said she had client who "wanted to know" why my home had not sold yet. Told her I had refused 4 unacceptable offers, and not working with realtors. She was obnoxious, made many rude comments, talked over me, went into a long dialogue of her sales skills, did not identify herself until I asked. I told her again (and again) I was not interested in working with a realtor. She then said Zillow listed the value less than the asking price (which is common) She continued to harrass... read more
