Incompetent. Ms Walker would be in prison right now if she worked for a civilian medical center. She is at the VA , whose 'doctors' are free from accountability. She supervised & refilled the prescriptions on a fellow Veteran which included Desyrel, (trazodone), Catapres, (clonidine), Lexapro, (escitalopram), & Eliquis, (apixaban).
