Don’t entrust Dr. Taylor with your care. I’ve spent the last 14 months trying to undo the mental, emotional, and financial damage she and her staff caused. I continue to deal with this, which is why I’m compelled to warn others. June 2023, I established care with Dr. Taylor at this clinic. By November, she deemed it medically necessary to put me on a LOA from work. They turned away my 76 year old mother for being 10 minutes late to an appointment where they insisted she had to come in to the office for her test results, and could not do a phone appointment. What about people with disabilities and seniors who need a little extra time? Have some grace and compassion.
I used this provider for years and am now leaving. All I can say is the individual providers are good, but everything else stinks - the customer service, the quality of staffing ordering refills, the scheduling, the response time on prescriptions, the response time on getting a pocketdoc scheduled, etc. they repeatedly mess up referrals to outside of network services, and are very uneven in getting prescriptions filled when requested.
