Top tier care and service from start to finish! The valet, registration and imaging Team members were extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr R was focused, informative and knowledgeable while reviewing the process and procedure, which really helped to keep me calm and relaxed, it also helped that clinician assisting was extremely encouraging and supportive. The Breast cancer center was WONDERFUL. I am reviewing the imaging center. I couldn't get through for 27min & then someone answered & placed me back on hold for another 24 min. I needed to get a CD of my last yrs exam to give to another center for comparison this yr. That other center had sent a request for my information over a month ago & never heard back from this Shepard MaGillicutty imaging center.
