Susan was a wonderful realtor! She wasn’t pushy and more importantly she listen to what we had to say. It’s ok to have a difference of opinions, but most important, she listened! Not enough can be said about Susan Schulz. From the very beginning when she came to my home and discussed the process of the home sale, Susan came with comps, permits issued to the home, cost breakdowns for selling the home.
