Over the weekend, my daughter chipped her tooth.. I called Dr. Roberts first thing Monday morning.. They informed me that she was out of the office all week for vacation.... She then asked me to hold for a second, and when she came back on the line, she asked me if I could meet Dr. Roberts at her Basswood location... I did and Dr. Roberts came in just to see my daughter... Best pediatric dentist ever!!!
Dr. Roberts is extremely sensitive and patient with our 2 year old quadruplets. She's making sure their first dental experiences are positive.
My kids love Dr. Roberts and staff. My 8 year old always asks when her next appt is every time we pass the office
I highly recommend Dr. Susan Roberts for your children, they're not just in good hands with the Dentists the ladies up front are excellent with patients and parents as well
