Was an okay therapist. Not terrible but at the same time not great. Was able to help me through some things which I am grateful for but didn't have a lot of suggestions for problem solving and did not seem engaged in sessions. Worked with her for almost 2 years but towards the last 6 months did not feel like sessions were helpful at all.
