I had been going here for a while. I had a 2pm apt for a full set; I get there and they’re finishing people up, ok no problem. At 2:20p they take 2 new people and say they’ll be with me shortly. Shortly after you finish someone who just say down? That’s asking me to wait 1 hour past my appointment time, that’s not appropriate and poor customer service to ask someone who made an appointment for a reason
