I arrived at your facility at 10:00 AM for my 10:15 AM appointment. Despite checking in on time, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, the person who checked me in had to go and remind someone to call me to the back. Once I was finally called, I underwent the initial check-in process—being weighed and answering a few preliminary questions by who I assumed was a nurse. Dr Mucha is ridiculously involved and so knowledgeable it’s insane. She’s definitely not the normal physician that you meet. She takes your time and explains everything. Absolutely love her.
Has exceptional interpersonal skills. Cares about her patients. I felt that I was a patient when I visited with her today for the first time. Not just a number!!! She definitely has a great care plan in place.
BEWARE OF LOUSY STAFF. Good doctor, but her staff is APALLING. They lack basic understanding and are unwilling to communicate. I've been trying to reach someone to solve problems for a solid month, but no one will call me back. When I get someone on the phone, they act like they have no idea what they are doing. I'm to the point of reaching out to the Piedmont Healthcare executive office to get someone to help.
