In my opinion, this medical practice has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered in the medical profession. They lose documents and ask you to send backup copies repeatedly, they offer inconsistent instructions from one staff member to the next, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing, and they exhibit an overwhelming display of apathy and indifference. Dr. Mucha is okay as far as doctors go, but her support staff is terrible and my whole experience there has me looking for a different doctor.
Dr. Mucha is an outstanding and professional doctor. Her bedside manners are impeccable. I highly recommend her to be your doctor.
I arrived at your facility at 10:00 AM for my 10:15 AM appointment. Despite checking in on time, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, the person who checked me in had to go and remind someone to call me to the back. Once I was finally called, I underwent the initial check-in process—being weighed and answering a few preliminary questions by who I assumed was a nurse. Dr Mucha is ridiculously involved and so knowledgeable it’s insane. She’s definitely not the normal physician that you meet. She takes your time and explains everything. Absolutely love her.
