Susan Melnick was very helpful getting our mother's house ready to sale and with selling the house. My mother's house is in Dallas. My sister lives in Austin and I live 50 minutes away. Deciding to move was not an easy decision, but both Susan and Brandon were instrumental in making the sale of my Dallas property a smooth transition to my new home in Minneapolis. Susan originally sold me that house. It seemed somehow both fitting and appropriate she sell it for me this time too.
