I had the fortune to find Susan when she was creating jewelry in the 'storage shed' behind her home (quite) a few years back. The 'new' store is nice, and her 'old' husband Bill now works there, but the reliability, craftsmanship, quality and value have only improved over what was already stellar years ago. It is likely that her work's quality and value are incomparable in RVA but, admittedly, I could be wrong because I stopped looking elsewhere 20 years ago. Always beautiful work, always. Never a problem, never.

I had been wearing my grandmothers platinum diamond engagement ring every day for many years (just as she did). It is a beautiful ring and means the world to me. Susan's work brought tears to my eyes. She reworked a head for my solitaire to receate the original setting, since it wasn't sold anymore, after a run in with a kitchen drawer. I am so happy to have MYring back!!!
