Dr. Mazzei is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone that is looking for a great dentist. I have had multiple restorations, crowns and veneers done throughout my life and I have never had a better experience then when I go to her office. Her and her staff are always very friendly and they truly care about my health and well-being. I will gladly drive 40 minutes to her office and pass up many other dentists because of the care I receive from her and her team.
Dr. Mazzei has been my dentist for a few years now. She has been nothing but professional and efficient. I see her twice a year for cleanings and her staff is exceptional! I'm not a fan of dentists and am not a fan of pain, Dr. Mazzei shows concern for this as well as my general health. Helpful, personal and caring are the words I use to describe this entire practice and I consider them my friends!
I've been a patient (along with my family) for almost 20 years. Here's what you need to know - she keeps up with the best information in the field - she keeps good staff - she gives you information and involves you in treatment planning - she is very concerned about your comfort. BEST DENTIST EVER. Dr. Mazai has answered her phone on the weekend when I had an abscessed tooth. She called in some antibiotics and I get to see her this week. I love her!
She misdiagnosed the severity of a cracked lower molar, caused an infection in my jaw lines either while doing a routine cleaning or a crown prep and had unprofessional followup when I called her office for severe pain and throbbing (I had to call TWICE for a response and was then informed the office would be closed for a week!). I had a root canal done the next day by an endodontist and also had to seek immediate care for the severe right facial swelling and pain; a CT scan was performed on my head to determine the cause: a... read more
