YM I have been using the services at Susan Matthew for past three years. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Environment is nice and clean. I love my hair styles from my stylist Tracy C. Everyone is very helpful.
Only at Susan Matthew... This salon makes me wish I stayed in the cosmetology profession. the moment you walk in, you can feel the friendships among the co-workers. The free refreshments & overall ambiance is top notch. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I have been w/ Kelly for 11 years and coming to Susan Matthew since she joined the team. Awesome! I actually followed my stylist from another Salon. First, to be honest, I would folow her anywhere...Angie, is the best. Administrative Assistant I like many others followed my manicurist, Elena to Susan Matthew Salon Spa three years ago when it opened. Elena not only does my mani/pedi's but my daughters and pedi's for my husband and son. She is a very thoughtful and caring young woman, who stays current in her craft. Best of the best Heather and Elena have been doing my manicures and pedicures since 1997, and they are both incredibly phenominal! They take great pride in their work and they are both extremely friendly and pleasant. Customer satisfaction is truly their #1 priority. The only salon I will go to.. I was referred to Susan Matthew Salon by my daughters. I have been to many salons before and was never satisified so I never went back. Can't go wrong! I visit Susan Matthew Salon Spa on a regular basis. Their stylists are talented, to say the very least. Michelle, Kelly, Colleen, Jessieann and Heather have all had at it with my curly hair or my little guy's super-thick hair, and I've always been more than happy!
