treatment gone wrong after being a client of elite concepts for 15 years, i followed my stylist to susan matthew salon spa. i recently made huge mistake and trusted them to do a keratin treatment on my hair. I should have asked more questions but i trusted them. I am a blonde and was assured by my stylist that this treatment would only make my life easier. my hair was burned. Awesome salon! I totally enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and ambiance at Susan Matthew Salon Spa. Stylist Heather Psoras stays up-to-date with creative new styles and colors. I always feel special at every appointment! Colleen and JesseAnn are two other stylists that can do wonders with your hair.

Susan Matthews Salon I followed my hairdresser from Elite to this new salon. I have been coming here every since. I come to Susan Matthews every 5-6 weeks and my stylist Colleen knows my hair. She has all my information available. I feel very comfortable trusting my hair and color to all of the stylists at this salon. They are all so professional.

Superb service The experience you have from the time you make an appointment to checking out at Susan Matthew Salon and Spa is professional and timely. I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. I see both Karen for my exceptional massages and Elena for my fabulous pedicures monthly. I would never think about going anywhere else. Susan Matthew Salon Spa I LOVE this salon!!! Anytime I call or come in, whoever is at the front desk treats me so nicely. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. Betty is fantastic. I love the way she does my hair and she is so creative! I take my daughters to Kelly and Angie and they are fantastic with their curly hair. The salon is beautiful and immaculate. I've never had as good an experience as I have at Susan Matthew.
Very Friendly, great staff! Susan Matthew Salon is great.The front receptionist are so friendly and helpful. My stylist Tracy is a very talented senior stylist who has been doing my color for some time with beautiful results.
