Best salon in the area!!! I love this place!!! I come every 4 weeks and have never had a BETTER experience! From the second I walk in there im greeted by my first name, offered a beverage and/or pastry, and attended to as soon as possible! Simply the best I was referred from a friend for my wedding day and had multiple services booked for this occasion. I had the pleasure of receiving the BEST pedicure I have ever had from Elena!!! She was awesome and loved my Katy Perry polish! The wedding coordinator named Katie assured me we wouldn't need to bring anything with us the day of the wedding, they provided us with Bagels, danish and a variety of cakes along with MIMOSA'S served by Matthew, the owner!!!!!!!! treatment gone wrong after being a client of elite concepts for 15 years, i followed my stylist to susan matthew salon spa. i recently made huge mistake and trusted them to do a keratin treatment on my hair. I should have asked more questions but i trusted them. I am a blonde and was assured by my stylist that this treatment would only make my life easier. my hair was burned. my home away from home I have a friend who told me about the salon. I really thought that I just had "bad hair". The front desk encouraged me that I was in good hands and would be pleased. I was served a glass of wine. In less then 5 mins I was greeted by my stylists. There was so much I didn't know about my own hair. My hair looked amazing! SIMPLY THE BEST AROUND! I recently moved to the area from North Jersey. I worked in Manhattan which allowed me to frequent some of the best salons in the country. Angie turned me into a Deva! Are you a curly girl looking for a stylist who specializes with curls? Look no further and ask for Angie! She has naturally curly hair, easy to speak with about my hair concerns, and has been trained with Deva-understands the technique and applies it very well without taking short cuts. TERRIBLE! The service here is TERRIBLE! I went in after seeing an ad, but everyone there is so stuck up. They were not nice to me, and I was treated with such rudeness. On top of all that, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I would never suggest this salon to anyone!
