very happy here Susan Matthew Salon Spa is a warm and welcoming salon. The front desk is always helpful and cheerful. I have been following Betty, my stylist, as long as I can remember. She is a true artist and professional at what she does. I am very picky with my hair and she ALWAYS satisfies my hair needs. She is a wonderful person and a fantastic addition to the salon. Needless to say a am extremely happy here!
Superb service The experience you have from the time you make an appointment to checking out at Susan Matthew Salon and Spa is professional and timely. I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. I see both Karen for my exceptional massages and Elena for my fabulous pedicures monthly. I would never think about going anywhere else. Simply the BEST!! Susan Matthew Salon Spa is simply the BEST!! The salon provides an undeniably relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat, it's impossible not to leave feeling fabulous.
RELAXATION at its BEST!!!! There is only word to describe this salon. FABULOUS!!!! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The entire staff is friendly. My stylist,Kelly has always accomplished in making me feel wonderful. The salon is extremely clean and always decorated beautifully.
Administrative Assistant I like many others followed my manicurist, Elena to Susan Matthew Salon Spa three years ago when it opened. Elena not only does my mani/pedi's but my daughters and pedi's for my husband and son. She is a very thoughtful and caring young woman, who stays current in her craft. Awesome salon! I totally enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and ambiance at Susan Matthew Salon Spa. Stylist Heather Psoras stays up-to-date with creative new styles and colors. I always feel special at every appointment! Colleen and JesseAnn are two other stylists that can do wonders with your hair.
My First Visit First visit was wonderful! Got a massage from Karen that was extremely relaxing. She was sure to ask what kind of massage I like up front so it wasn't too soft or hard. Then I had a facial with Elena which felt so soothing. My skin felt silky smooth and refreshed. The salon was beautiful and cozy too. Think I might have to try a mani/pedi or cut/color next.
A MUST GO TO SALON!! I have been going to Susan Matthew Salon and Spa for the past six months. My previous hairdresser who I had for ten years moved away and I was petrified to start over.
