Sue is great! Very knowledgeable and caring lady.
The staff there need to go. Susan Jackson doesn't deserve to have her name or office not be seen as how me and other patients sadly feel how we do. I am not the person who tolerate bullies. Nor having my medications be used as a weapon. The staff will, make it known how they feel . Especially sitting in waiting room hearing them talk about the patient that they just talked too . Never able to get ahold of this office. You can leave a message but good luck getting a response. Susan is actually a good practitioner, but her office staff should all be taught how important it is to deal with patients needing immediate help. If you have an immediate problem you will definitely have issues. Her staff should be fired. They don't care, even after having a major stroke.
