Susan Li is the best ! Sold our house in less than two weeks. She advised us what we need to do to make the house sellable, had a brokers show and advised us on multiple offers . She made all the seller paperwork very easy and connected with us with an area real estate lawyer. Highly recommend her.
Very rude to deal with. Called her to ask her about one of her listings. Essentially said that the property isn’t for me without knowing any financial history about me or my group of investors. Would highly suggest to stay away.
Amazing experience! If I have to pick 3 words to describe Susan, she is very responsive, very knowledgeable in her market, and a great negotiator. She always makes extra efforts to get the deal done for you. North Syracuse market is extremely competitive these days and she works tirelessly showing me many houses and making one offer after another till I secured my property. I will hire her in a heartbeat again and again.
Broker is a fraud, would not return deposit which was illegally being held. Always sides with seller rather than buyer. DO NOT USE SUSAN.
