Thanks Sue!!!! The experience of selling a house can be extremely hard and stressful. You made this such an easy and fast transaction. When this all started, I was hoping to get enough from the house to pay off the mortgage and maybe, a little money for my mother. The sale so exceeded my expectations! Mrs. L helped me with my first home buy. It was in early 2020 just before the pandemic and I settled in February of 2020. Anyone interest in a realtor should definately look into Susan Langenstein who's office is in Doylestown. Sold and bought a house through her. She was great to work with and everything went so smoothly as she really works hard to make that happen. Can’t recommend her enough.
