I love Dr. Ban. Have been going to her for several years. She takes the time to explain results of tests, asks if any questions. Im very comfortable asking her questions and she listens. I never feel rushed. She has even called if she has any concerns. If I leave a message for her the staff will always see that she gets it and she will call if necessary.
She is a wonderful and very efficient doctor that my husband, I and my parents have gone to for years! I would go no where else.
Terrible customer service, is my assigned PCP and when I called to schedule they just told me that they are not accepting new patient and hung up on me. I will definitely file a grievance with my insurance.
