Susan is such a phenomenal trainer & expert. I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I first started training with Susan. It only took 1 session to know I was with the right person. She is very knowledgeable and explains the reason for doing certain moves. It’s not just about lifting weights or gaining muscle, it’s also about strength, flexibility and coordination. Highly, highly recommend Susan!!

I have been working with Susan consistently since November 2018. Not only have I lost weight and gained incredible strength, Susan has helped me create the body and lifestyle that I desired. Susan is very knowledge, patient, friendly and her demeanor creates a kind and motivated space for me to work on my goals (which are on-going!). I recommend Susan highly and think all would benefit from her sessions!

Susan is incredible. Not only is she one of the kindest people I know, but also an amazing personal trainer. She worked with me for about a year and I saw enormous changes in my body. I moved to Orlando and have tried other trainers, but none are like Susan. I highly recommend her!
