This was my first visit as a new patient. All staff were friendly and professional. My NP, Susan, was calm, kind, and professional. She took a thorough history and took time to explain what she thought was the best course of action for me. I felt respected and listened to. She gave me time to discuss all concerns I have been having without feeling at all rushed and she seemed to really be paying attention to and caring about what I said.
