It amazes me that people like Susan Fletcher are still in business! She tried to convince me that it was highly unusual for a 14 year old daughter to record on her cell phone an abusive situation between her mother and live-in boy-friend. I finally told her that's what kids do - document everything with pics and recordings - especially if they aren't listened to! Worthless experience and a HUGE waste of my hard-earned money.
